TENDER DESCRIPTION
The procurement concerns the Print Services for Hogeschool Leiden (hereinafter referred to as HL). The objectives of this procurement are: - To select and contract one contractor for the print services, fitting the objectives of HL. - To establish clear agreements with the contracted supplier for the duration of the contract. - To comply with MVI aspects, focusing on sustainability. The following items are within the scope of this procurement: - Delivery and implementation of print equipment (printers and multifunction devices); - Delivery and implementation of a Cloud-based Print Management System; - Maintenance and support of the hardware and software necessary to provide the service; - Delivery of Consumables. The following items, which reasonably could have been part of the scope, explicitly are not part of the scope of this contract: - Standalone scanning equipment; - Label printers; - Large format printers (plotters); - Delivery of paper; - Outsourced print work (reprographic assignments); - Commercial print work (letterhead, envelopes, and marketing materials).
