TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the performance of construction works consisting in the extension and upgrading of the building of the Kutnohorská 36 Primary School in Prague – Dolní Měcholupy in accordance with the project documentation for construction implementation. The scope of performance includes in particular the upgrading of the school’s central wing and the connecting link of one above-ground storey, construction alterations to existing structures, demolition of the necessary parts of the building, construction of new classrooms, rooms for teaching staff (cabinet rooms), a teachers’ common room (staff room), social facilities and a technical classroom, performance of related trades, technical building equipment and all other works necessary for proper completion of the construction and putting it into use.
