TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the performance of construction works consisting in the extension and upgrading of the building of the Kutnohorská 36 Primary School in Prague – Dolní Měcholupy in accordance with the project documentation for the execution of the construction. The scope of performance in particular includes the upgrading of the school’s central wing and the connecting link with one above-ground storey, alterations to existing structures, demolition of the necessary parts of the building, construction of new classrooms, consulting rooms (cabinet rooms), the teachers’ assembly room (staff meeting room), social facilities and technical classrooms, execution of related trades, technical building systems and all other works necessary for the proper completion of the construction and bringing it into use.
