TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Municipality of Ugento, through this public evidence procedure, intends to select third parties to whom to award the development-for-valuation, pursuant to Article 3-bis of Decree-Law no. 351/2001, converted with Law no. 420/2001 concession and ex Article 58 of Legislative Decree 112/2008 converted into Law no. 133/2008, the property located at via Bolzano, at the corner of via Campobasso, to be used as an elderly care home (R.S.A.) for maintenance purposes, type A, pursuant to the Regional Regulation of 21 January 2019, no. 4, known as Dott. Francesco Mazzeo, in compliance with the obligations and requirements defined in this public notice, as well as the rules, regulations, requirements, and documents referred to therein. The purpose of the development-for-valuation is to provide, within the property covered by the concession, for the possible development of new services and the making of possible ancillary investments in compliance with the applicable town-planning and protection rules in force existing for the area in question (as specified in the attached documents).
