TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract has as its subject the award of insurance services for 24 months. The insurance services shall be carried out in accordance with the terms governed by the policy schedule attached to the tender documentation. The contract is made up of a single lot because the service in question has an absolute character of unity and non-divisibility, as it concerns a single and specific insurance type. A fragmentation of the coverage would result in serious harm to the effectiveness of insurance protection and to the proper risk management by the Contracting Authority.
