TENDER DESCRIPTION

With a Determination of the Superintendent dated 24 July 2026, the Petruzzelli and Bari Theatres Lyric-Symphonic Foundation decided to entrust the three-year service of welcome, guided accompaniment and assistance to the public at the Foundation's premises. The award will take place through an open electronic procedure and applying the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer identified based on the best quality/price ratio, pursuant to articles 71 and 108 of the Public Contracts Code pursuant to Legislative Decree 31 March 2023, no. 36 (hereinafter, the Code). Therefore, without prejudice to the eligibility requirements, economic operators may participate in the above-mentioned procedure by submitting a specific offer. By participating, all the methods, indications and prescriptions provided for in this tender specification are deemed accepted and recognized, under the conditions set out below. It is understood that this tender specification does not constitute a presumptive eligibility of the competitor and that the Foundation may exclude the same, also due to obstructive causes not detected at the time of qualification or subsequent thereto.
