TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract concerns the awarding, through the definition of a Framework Agreement in a single lot with a single economic operator, of the supply of products bearing the trademark of the University of Perugia and the concession of the service of sales to third parties of branded products, both referring to clothing lines, fashion accessories, and gadgets. Considering the combined provisions of art. 180, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree 36/2023 and art. 14, paragraph 21 of Legislative Decree 36/2023, it is specified that the main object of the contract is the supply of customized products bearing the University brand.
