TENDER DESCRIPTION

With the successful bidder of this procedure, a Contract shall be executed having as its subject the following activities: i) Software development and MEV ii) Corrective and adaptive maintenance (MAC/MAD) iii) Housing, operation and maintenance of HW/SW iv) Helpdesk (hereinafter also only “Service” or “Services”), as better defined, described and broken down in the technical specifications attached to the tender rules. A secondment/transition period for the new successful bidder who will take over at the end of the contract must be ensured, of a duration of at least 2 (two) months. For the methods of carrying out the contractual relationship, reference is made to what is established in paragraph 9 of the technical specifications, without prejudice to compliance with the service levels referred to in paragraph 10 of the technical specifications, failing which the penalties provided therein shall apply.
