By Contracting Decision prot. no. 2015 of 01/07/2026 of the Fondazione Teatro alla Scala di Milano, an open electronic procedure was called pursuant to the combined provisions of art. 17 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 and art. 192 of Legislative Decree no. 267/2000, in accordance with art. 71 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023, for the award of cleaning and environmental hygiene services, supply and management of consumable materials in sanitary services, minor building maintenance and other various activities for all sites of the Fondazione Teatro alla Scala di Milano, in implementation of the Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM) adopted with Decree no. 51 of 29 January 2021 of the Ministry of Environment and Energy Security (MASE), published in the Official Gazette of the Italian Republic no. 42 of 19 February 2021, as amended by the Corrective Decree of 24 September 2021 of the same Ministry, published in the Official Gazette no. 236 of 2 October 2021.
