TENDER DESCRIPTION

The total value of Lot amounting to € 811,841.95 is allocated as follows: € 811,541.95 for the contractual services, broken down into € 419,210.27 for the minimum guaranteed services (split into € 226,015.92 for fee-based/contracted-in-period activities and € 193,194.35 for the processing of the various EER Code types) and € 392,331.68 to be provided on a consumption basis; € 300.00 for safety costs for interferences not subject to a rebate. The “on a consumption basis” contract amounts, resulting from the rebate offered, constitute a maximum spending cap that is not binding on Rai; up to that amount, additional services covered by the contract may be ordered by issuing specific “Requests for execution”, the amount of which is determined by applying the contract prices offered to the required quantities.
