TENDER DESCRIPTION

The service forming the subject of this procedure is intended to ensure the protection of the real-estate assets of the Public Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of Pisa and also the safety of persons and property present in the buildings, and must be carried out in accordance with Royal Decree 18.6.1931, no. 773 (T.U.L.P.S. - Consolidated Text of the Laws on Public Security), Royal Decree 6.5.1940, no. 635 (Implementing Regulation of the T.U.L.P.S.), Decree of the Ministry of the Interior 1.12.2010, no. 269 (Regulation laying down the rules governing the minimum characteristics of the organisational project and the minimum quality requirements of institutions and of services, as well as the professional and technical capacity requirements required for the management of those institutions and for carrying out organisational assignments within the same institutions) and the further legislative and regulatory provisions on the matter.
