The term for the execution of services is 12 (twelve) months, commencing from the signing of the Contract. The execution may be extended, as per Article 120, paragraph 11 of the Code, for the time strictly necessary to conclude the procedures for identifying a new Contractor. The "Avvio esecuzione" (Start of execution) will take place within a specified number of days from the signing of the contract. The performance may also be subject to suspensions.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the supply of servers intended for SCADA systems in tunnels equipped with Siemens PLCs within Autostrade per l’Italia's road network. Specifically, the acquisition includes a single family of six hardware systems (servers), which must come with an operating system.

The Statement of Work summary and core deliverables include:

• Supply of Hardware: A single family of six servers.
• Software: The servers must include an operating system. These systems are intended to host SCADA WinCC software for the control and supervision of tunnels.
• Maintenance and Support: The provision must include a 3-year maintenance and support service for all hardware and software components.
• Delivery: The items covered by the contract must be delivered within 60 days from the purchase order issuance date to the location specified by Autostrade per l’Italia.
• Documentation: Each shipment must be accompanied by a packing list detailing the articles contained, including the corresponding material code of the Client. This code must also appear on the Transport Document (DDT) and any other documents related to the supply.
