TENDER DESCRIPTION

The main subject of the concession consists in the management of the thermal real estate complex of Casa Boccella and Jean Varraud, located in Bagni di Lucca, district of Bagni Caldi, Piazza S. Martino, including the adjacent area called “Docce Basse” (hereinafter also the Thermal real estate complex). For management requirements, it is also necessary to carry out instrumental and preparatory works, which assume an ancillary nature. The main subject of the concession concerns the management of the asset and of the following thermal services, as better described in the contract framework and in the other documents placed at the basis of the tender forming part of the Proposal. The concession proposal includes, in addition to the management services, the detailed design and the execution of redevelopment works as provided for in the project prepared by the proponent.
