Open Procedure for the conclusion of a Framework Agreement with one or more economic operators pursuant to articles 71 and 59, paragraph 4, letter a) of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 for the awarding of the service of collection, transport and recovery of organic waste (EWC 20 01 08 - EWC 20 03 02) produced within the differentiated collection services carried out by AMA S.p.A. in the territory and the surpluses of the same waste according to the authorized capacities of AMA S.p.A. plants for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months.
