This procedure concerns the signing of an Energy Performance Contract (EPC) for the awarding, pursuant to art. 180 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023, of a mixed works and services concession aimed at energy and lighting efficiency, regulatory compliance, management, operation, and ordinary maintenance of the public lighting systems of the municipalities of Campo Calabro, Bovalino and Laganadi.
