Procedura aperta per laffidamento dei servizi tecnici di ingegneria e architettura per la Redazione del Progetto di Fattibilità Tecnico-Economica ( PFTE ), Progettazione Esecutiva ( PE ), Coordinamento della Sicurezza in Fase di Progettazione ( CSP ) con opzione della Direzione Lavori ( DL ) e Coordinamento della Sicurezza in Fase di Esecuzione ( CSE ) per l'intervento denominato Parco Costiero Sa

The contract timeline is as follows:

• Total Duration: The overall duration for the execution of the services is 100 consecutive natural days.
• Contract Start Date: The contract starts from the date of signing the Service Commencement Report. The execution can begin even before the stipulation of the contract for justified reasons.
• Contract End Date: The contract will cease its effects upon the complete and regular execution of the services, except in cases of resolution or withdrawal. For Works Supervision and Safety Coordination, it terminates with the approval of the administrative-technical acceptance certificate.
• Key Milestones/Phases:
• Drafting of the technical-economic feasibility design (PFTE), including reports and surveys: 60 consecutive natural days from the date of signing the Service Commencement Report.
• Drafting of the executive design and Coordination for Safety in the Design Phase (CSP): 40 consecutive natural days from the receipt of written communication from the Project Manager ordering the start of drafting activities.
• Works Supervision (Direzione Lavori), Accounting, and Coordination for Safety in the Execution Phase (CSE): These services must be performed for the entire duration of the works and conclude with the issuance of the administrative-technical acceptance certificate.

Terms are suspended during periods required for obtaining opinions or acts of consent and resume upon their issuance or at the expiry of the tacit consent period.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the provision of technical architectural and engineering services for the "Parco Costiero San Vito" project. The Statement of Work (SOW) includes the following key services and deliverables:

Core Services:

• Technical-Economic Feasibility Project (PFTE): This includes a geological report, investigations, and surveys, in accordance with Article 41, paragraph 6 of the Contracts Code and Section II - PROJECT OF TECHNICAL-ECONOMIC FEASIBILITY - Annex 1.7 of Legislative Decree 31 March 2023, n. 36.
• Executive Project (PE): This is prepared in accordance with Article 41, paragraph 8 of the Contracts Code and Section III - EXECUTIVE PROJECT - Annex 1.7 of Legislative Decree 31 March 2023, n. 36.
• Safety Coordination during Design Phase (CSP): This adheres to Articles 91 and 98 of Legislative Decree 81/2008.
• Works Supervision (DL) (optional): This is based on ANAC guidelines and applicable regulatory provisions, pursuant to Articles 114, co. 6, and 120, co. 1, lett. a), of the Contracts Code.
• Safety Coordination during Execution Phase (CSE): This is pursuant to Articles 92 and 98 of Legislative Decree 81/2008, and Articles 114, co. 4, and 120, co. 1, lett. a), of the Contracts Code.

The service also encompasses the creation of all necessary documents for obtaining opinions, authorizations, permits, and clearances from relevant entities, along with any required surveys and investigations to ensure project approval. Specific detailed deliverables within the various project phases include:

• Coherence of elaborates
• Control of compliance with design requirements
• Resolution of interferences and inconsistencies
• Analysis of affected areas
• Detailed definition of documentary and graphic elaborates
• Extrapolation of constructive details
• Dimensioning of construction site areas
• Control and update of interferences between models (external and internal)
• Metric estimate calculation
• Work schedule
• Accessibility verification
• PCMC/PUMS connections
• Overall informational model of the work
• Quantity and cost extraction
• Verification of functional aspects based on regulations and stakeholder requirements
• Definition of planned technology
• Detailed design elements such as ecological bathrooms, kiosks, camps, furnishings, lighting, CCTV, and charging stations
• Dimensioning of structures and analysis of connections
• Geotechnical definition of foundations, terrain stratigraphy, and geological model
• Hydrological-hydraulic compatibility and definitive dimensioning
• Detailing of routes, line profiles, infrastructure characteristics, pedestrian/cycle paths, accesses, slopes, parking, and traffic calming.
