The contract has a total duration of 100 natural and consecutive days, commencing from the date of the signing of the service commencement report.

The contract is divided into the following phases:

• Phase a) Design of technical-economic feasibility, including reports and surveys: 60 natural and consecutive days from the date of signing the Service Commencement Report.
• Phase b) Executive design and Safety Coordination Plan (CSP): 40 natural and consecutive days from the written communication from the Project Manager authorizing the start of drafting activities.
• Phase c) Works supervision, accounting, and safety coordination during execution: These services must be carried out for the entire duration of the works and will conclude with the issuance of the technical-administrative testing certificate for the works.

The overall duration does not include interruptions for obtaining necessary approvals and authorizations, project verification activities, or any extensions not caused by the contractor's non-compliance. The specified terms are suspended during the period required for obtaining opinions or acts of assent, with the term being deferred by an equivalent number of days. The contract will be effective from its conclusion and will cease to produce effects upon the complete and regular execution of the entrusted services.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the design of technical-economic feasibility, including a geological report, surveys, and investigations, executive design, works supervision, and safety coordination during the execution phase, as per Article 41 of Legislative Decree 36/2023. The Statement of Work (SOW) summarizes the following core deliverables and activities:

• Services for surveys, studies, and analyses: Aimed at acquiring comprehensive information for design activities up to the required level.
• Technical-economic feasibility design: In accordance with Article 41, paragraph 6 of the Contracts Code and Annex 1.7 of Legislative Decree 31 March 2023, n. 36, including an archaeological report.
• Executive design: In accordance with Article 41, paragraph 8 of the Contracts Code and Annex 1.7 of Legislative Decree 31 March 2023, n. 36, consistent with the technical-economic feasibility project.
• Safety Coordination during the Design Phase: As per Articles 91 and 98 of Legislative Decree 81/2008.
• Works Supervision (Direzione Lavori): Based on ANAC guidelines and applicable regulations.
• Safety Coordination during the Execution Phase: As per Articles 92 and 98 of Legislative Decree 81/2008.
• Preparation of all necessary documents: For obtaining opinions, authorizations, permits, and clearances from competent bodies, including any required surveys and investigations to ensure project approval.

Key deliverables also include:

• Creation of an informative model for architectural, structural, and plant systems, as well as an overall work model.
• Verification of compliance with design prescriptions.
• Analysis and dimensioning of structures and their connections.
• Geotechnical definition of foundations and terrain stratigraphy.
• Extraction of documentary and graphic elaborations, and constructive details.
• Control of interferences between models (external and internal).
• Preparation of an estimative metric calculation and a works timeline.
• Dimensioning of construction site areas.
• Valuation of quantities and biodiversity, and analysis of landscape and vegetational models for environmental aspects.
• Hydrological-hydraulic compatibility and preliminary dimensioning for water management and resilience.
• Structural diagnostics and vegetational analysis.
• Extraction of quantities and costs.
