The contract timeline is as follows:

• Total Duration: The maximum available time is 50 natural and consecutive days.
• Phase 1: Technical-Economic Feasibility Design: 35 natural and consecutive days, starting from the signing of the contract or the initiation of activities, for the preparation of the technical-economic feasibility design, including the geological report.
• Phase 2: Executive Design and Safety and Coordination Plan: 15 natural and consecutive days, starting from the RUP's (Responsible for the Procedure) communication of approval of the technical-economic feasibility project, for the preparation of the executive design and the Safety and Coordination Plan.
• Work Supervision and Safety Coordination: The duration for the activities of Work Supervision and Safety Coordination during the execution phase depends on the actual duration of the works.
• Contract Stipulation: The contract will be stipulated no earlier than 32 days from the last communication of the award provision and, in any case, within 60 days from the award.
• PGI (Project Management Plan) Submission: The PGI must be prepared and submitted to the Contracting Authority for approval within 15 working days from the award date.
• Suspension of Terms: Contractual terms can be suspended under specific conditions, such as those outlined in art. 23 of Ministerial Decree no. 49/2018, or due to the need for authorizations/opinions from external entities, or verification activities ordered by the RUP.

Specific deliverables also comprise geotechnical, archaeological, and geological reports, as well as integrated and coordinated design, plano-altimetric surveys, seismic and structural reports, fire prevention indications, safety plan guidelines, descriptive and performance specifications, acoustic requirements reports, and energy reports.

2. Executive Design (PROGETTAZIONE ESECUTIVA): This phase involves general and specialist reports, executive graphical elaborations, executive calculations, constructive and decorative details, estimated metric calculations, economic frameworks, price lists with analysis, labor incidence percentage frameworks, contract schemes, special tender specifications, chronological programs, work maintenance plans, integrated and coordinated design, and safety and coordination plans.

3. Execution of Works (ESECUZIONE DEI LAVORI): The services for this phase include work direction, assistance with testing and acceptance, technical-accounting liquidation, lump-sum work accounting, and safety coordination during execution.

In summary, the contract encompasses technical and professional feasibility design, executive design, works supervision, and safety coordination during both the design and execution phases, along with geological and archaeological reports.
