The contract has a total duration of 24 months, starting from the date of its signing. The service will commence on the date specified in the start report, which must be drawn up with the contractor, and the execution must begin within 15 days from the contract signing date. The service is scheduled to conclude within 24 months from the contract stipulation date, which marks the end date of the activities.

Key milestones are tied to payment tranches:

• A first tranche of 20% is paid upon delivery of the first monitoring dataset from the contract's commencement.
• A second tranche of 20% is paid upon delivery of the dataset corresponding to the sixth month from the contract's stipulation.
• A third tranche of 20% is paid upon delivery of the dataset corresponding to the twelfth month from the contract's stipulation.
• A fourth tranche of 20% is paid upon delivery of the dataset corresponding to the eighteenth month from the contract's stipulation.
• A fifth and final tranche of 20% is paid after a positive conformity check and the signing of the certificate of regular execution at the end of the 24 contractual months.

Additionally, periodic monthly meetings will be held between the parties, and semi-annual progress reports will document these meetings. The contract also mentions the possibility of prorogues (extensions) that would proportionally redefine the service term, and the contract can be modified up to 50% of its initial amount.

• Delivering historical series of anomalous points detected by Sentinel 1.
• Supplying datasets in ESRI *.shp format for both regular and anomalous points, which must include an attribute table. These datasets are to be integrated into the regional cartographic portal on a semi-annual basis.
• Developing a dedicated web portal (ARTEMIS) in close collaboration with the Project Manager (RUP) and the Execution Director (DEC). This portal development must be completed within six months from contract stipulation, with an additional three months for corrective interventions based on feedback.
• The portal should also include additional functionalities such as preventive monitoring for specific areas of interest and a three-dimensional viewer of the territory.
