TENDER DESCRIPTION
The supply concerns the renewal of software licenses for the “TRELLIX” security systems, as better detailed and quantified in the supply table referred to in point 4 of the special specifications. Pursuant to article 60 of the Code, the contract includes a price revision mechanism. Subcontracting is prohibited considering the nature of the supply. The Administration reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in its own interest.
