The contract timeline is structured into distinct phases with specific durations:

• Phase 1 - Drafting of the Technical and Economic Feasibility Project (PFTE): This phase has a maximum duration of 90 natural and consecutive days, including investigations. The timeframe begins from the date the Project Manager (RUP) initiates the design.
• Phase 2 - Drafting of the Executive Project: This phase must be completed, and all deliverables submitted to the Client, within a maximum of 60 natural and consecutive days. This period commences from the approval date of the PFTE.
• Total Duration for Design Services: The combined duration for the technical-economic feasibility project and the executive project is approximately 150 natural and consecutive days, starting from the service initiation date.
• Phase 3 - Works Supervision and Accounting: This activity is estimated to last approximately 455 natural and consecutive days. The start date for this phase is the tender announcement date for the works. The activities will conclude with the completion of the works, which is presumed to be no less than 1 year, and the submission of all required certifications, declarations, as-built documents, manuals, and positive opinions. This duration is subject to extension if the actual execution of the works takes longer and such extension is not due to contractor defaults.

The overall terms for the assignment begin from the date of communication of the specific assignment for one or more services.

Regarding contract stipulation, it will occur no earlier than 32 days from the last communication of the award decision and typically within 60 days from the award, with exceptions as per specific legal provisions. For contracts below European relevance thresholds, stipulation will happen within thirty days of the award.
