TENDER DESCRIPTION

The total value of the contract has been indicated as EUR 2,495,386.00, excluding VAT, for the 48-month period, as follows: o EUR 1,963,195.00 net of VAT for the base period of 36 months, broken down as follows:  EUR 1,402,430.00 net of VAT as the amount, subject to a bid (tender) reduction, for the continuing services “at a fee” and including EUR 20,000 for the start-up of the activities;  EUR 560,765.00 net of VAT as the total overall amount not subject to a bid (tender) reduction, for the specialist services “on request”; o EUR 532,191.00 net of VAT for the optional period of 12 months, broken down as follows:  EUR 460,810.00 net of VAT subject to a bid (tender) reduction, in the event of exercising the extension option referred to in Article 120(10) of the Code for an additional year, relating to the continuing services “at a fee”;  EUR 71,381.00 net of VAT as the total overall amount not subject to a bid (tender) reduction, for the specialist services “on request”.
