TENDER DESCRIPTION

The total value of the contract amounts to EUR 655,000.00, excluding VAT, for a period of 36 months, broken down as follows: - EUR 90,000.00 excluding VAT as the starting bid amount to be discounted, relating to continuous services; - EUR 565,000.00 excluding VAT not subject to discount, for specialist professional "on demand" services divided into (i) EUR 315,000 for fees related to the services referred to in Ministerial Decree 194/2024; (ii) EUR 250,000 as reimbursement of amounts advanced by the contractor for taxes, duties, stamps, as well as for remuneration of foreign correspondents. The total amount for specialist "on demand" services represents a non-binding maximum spending ceiling for Rai, up to which the contractual services may be activated exclusively based on actual corporate needs and upon Rai's specific request.
