TENDER DESCRIPTION

The maximum global value of Lot 1 is equal to euro 398,217.12 of which: (i) euro 298,775.34 for the basic duration of 36 months (euro 450.00 for security costs), split into euro 179,958.60 for the “subscription” services to be discounted and euro 118,366.74 for the “on demand” services to which only the unit prices per call and intervention prices are subject to discount; (ii) euro 99,441.78 for the extension option divided into euro 59,986.20 for the “subscription” services to be discounted and euro 39,455.58 for the “on demand” services to which only the unit prices per call and intervention prices are subject to discount (except for unit prices on an hourly basis for which only the percentage related to general expenses and business profit - so-called SGUI - indicated in the tender documentation is subject to discount). The amounts relating to the “on demand” pest control service represent a maximum spending ceiling that is not binding for Rai, up to which the services covered by the contract may be commissioned by issuing specific “Execution Requests”, depending on the actual needs of the Client occurring during the contract period.
