The contract timeline is structured into distinct phases with specified maximum durations:

• Progetto di Fattibilità Tecnica ed Economica (PFTE): 90 days, commencing from the date of signing the relative service commencement report.
• Progettazione Esecutiva e Piano di Sicurezza e Coordinamento in BIM (Executive Design and Safety and Coordination Plan in BIM): 75 days, commencing from the date of signing the relative service commencement report.
• Direzione dei Lavori in BIM (Works Supervision in BIM): The duration is tied to the timing of the works contract.
• Coordinamento della Sicurezza in fase di Esecuzione in BIM (Safety Coordination during Execution in BIM): The duration is tied to the timing of the works contract.
• Assistenza al Collaudo (Assistance to Testing): Refers to the definitive conclusion of the work testing activities, which end with the issuance of the testing certificate.

The terms for each performance begin upon the signing of the service commencement report by the RUP/DEC and the Contractor. A work plan (cronoprogramma) must be attached to this report and submitted within 10 days of contract signing, and the service cannot commence until it has been shared and accepted. Contractual terms may be suspended under certain conditions, such as for necessary authorizations or verifications. If modifications or integrations to the project are needed following a Service Conference, the RUP may grant an additional term of up to 15 natural and consecutive days for their development.

The core scope of work for this tender involves Engineering and Architecture Services. These services are categorized into principal and optional services, all to be developed using Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodology.

The principal services include:

• The development of the Technical and Economic Feasibility Project (PFTE) with BIM methodology.
• The development of the Executive Project (PE) and Safety Coordination during the Design Phase, also with BIM methodology.

The optional services, which may be activated as a contractual modification, include:

• Works Supervision (Direzione dei Lavori) in BIM.
• Safety Coordination during the Execution Phase (Coordinamento della Sicurezza in fase di Esecuzione) in BIM.

All services are to adhere to the "BIMMS - Method Statement" guidelines for information production, ensuring conformity with the BIM survey already possessed by the contracting authority.
