TENDER DESCRIPTION
This tender seeks a telematic press review and media monitoring service for a 36-month period, extendable by up to 12 additional months. The core scope includes daily press reviews, 24-hour monitoring of radio, television, print media, websites, and social media, along with unified news agency bulletins and comprehensive technical and editorial support. The service requires a robust technological solution, including a web platform and mobile app, supporting features such as API integration, DMZ segregation, data encryption, user profiling, and disaster recovery with defined RTO/RPO and periodic testing. Bidders must demonstrate prior experience with similar services valued at a minimum of €130,000.00 within the last ten years. The solution must ensure compatibility with AMA S.p.A. IT systems and security policies, support at least 8 simultaneous users, and offer secure access management with activity tracing and logging.
TENDER BRIEF
The contract will have a total duration of 36 months, commencing from the date of its stipulation. There is a possibility to extend the contract for a maximum of 12 additional months. Furthermore, in exceptional circumstances, the contract duration can be extended for the time strictly necessary to finalize procedures for selecting a new contractor.
