Procedura negoziata senza previa pubblicazione di bando di gara, da indirsi ai sensi ai sensi dell'art. 187 del d.lgs. n. 36/2023, per l'affidamento della Concessione ai sensi degli artt. 176 e ss. del D.Lgs. n. 36/2023, del servizio di ristoro con comodato gratuito, mediante installazione complessiva di n. 6 (sei) distributori automatici oltre n. 2 (due) colonnine erogatrici di acqua collegate alla rete idrica, di cui: n. 4 (quattro) distributori automatici e n. 2 (due) colonnine erogatrici di acqua da installarsi presso la sede centrale di APL sita in via Benigno Crespi 17, Milano, n. 1 (uno) distributore automatico di ridotte dimensioni da installarsi presso il Centro di manutenzione di Mozzate (CO) e n.1 (uno) distributore automatico da installarsi presso Il Centro Radio Informativo di Grandate (CO), per la durata massima di 60 mesi.

Negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice, to be conducted pursuant to Article 187 of Legislative Decree No. 36/2023, for the award of the Concession pursuant to Articles 176 et seq. of Legislative Decree No. 36/2023, of the refreshment service with free loan, through the overall installation of 6 (six) vending machines plus 2 (two) water dispensing columns connected to the water network, namely: 4 (four) vending machines and 2 (two) water dispensing columns to be installed at the APL headquarters located at Via Benigno Crespi 17, Milan, 1 (one) small-sized vending machine to be installed at the Mozzate (CO) Maintenance Center, and 1 (one) vending machine to be installed at the Grandate (CO) Radio Information Center, for a maximum duration of 60 months.
