TENDER DESCRIPTION

The object of the contract consists of the comprehensive provision of the production, organization and artistic direction service for the Festivals in honor of San Rafael 2026, to be held in the municipality of Santa Lucía de Tirajana from 16 October to 1 November 2026, in accordance with the provisions set out in the Particular Technical Specifications. This service comprehensively and inseparably includes the planning and execution of all technical, artistic, logistical, security and public attention aspects necessary for the proper development of the festive events scheduled by the City Council. Thus, under the coordination and supervision of the technical team of the Department of Citizen Participation and Festivities of the Illustrious City Council of Santa Lucía de Tirajana, it includes, among others, services related to the assembly and dismantling of the stage, production of sound and lighting, medicalized service, assembly and dismantling of chemical toilets and modular booths, hiring of artists, children's activities, event security and pyrotechnic activities.
