TENDER DESCRIPTION

This lot is intended to supply plastic tubes for cosmetics (200 ml/50 ml/10 ml). This framework agreement is concluded for a maximum amount of €30,000 excluding tax (HT) per year, i.e. €120,000 excluding tax (HT) for the total duration, including any possible renewals. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 12 months. The framework agreement is concluded from the date of notification of the contract. The framework agreement is expressly renewed until its term. The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of each renewal period is 12 months.
