TENDER DESCRIPTION

This lot has the purpose of supplying plastic tubes for cosmetics (200 ml/50ml/10ml). This framework agreement is concluded for a maximum amount of €30,000 excluding VAT per year, i.e. €120,000 excluding VAT for the total duration including any possible renewals. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 12 months. The framework agreement is concluded from the date of notification of the contract. The framework agreement is expressly renewed until its end. The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of each renewal period is 12 months.
