TENDER DESCRIPTION
This contract aims to entrust a single provider with an overall production mission for the 2027 edition of the Grand Dîner du Louvre, which will take place on Tuesday, March 2, 2027, with approximately 450 guests. This mission includes the design, production, and general coordination of the event, including: - the artistic direction of the event, - the scenographic design and layout of the different spaces (guest arrival, tour through the collections, dinner in the Marly courtyard), - the production and operational implementation of various production services, décor, lighting, sound, logistics, catering, tableware, welcome, and security, - the general coordination of the event, in relation with the EPML. The event is organized for sponsorship and the promotion of the institution, and must reflect the highest level of requirements in terms of image, hospitality, respect for heritage, and eco-responsibility. The budget allocated for the event is €1,100,000 excluding VAT. The details of the consultation objectives and expected services are described in the CCTP.
