TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns the purchase of a product (gelatin granulate with thrombin - liquid) for hemostasis, which is primarily used in operative procedures to prevent, limit or stop bleeding in the operative field. The product is used as a supplement to standard surgical hemostasis methods when there is a need for additional bleeding control to support achievement of safe hemostasis. The procurement applies to all regions; however, Region Sjælland & Region Hovedstaden are included with an option. Case number with the contracting authority or the contracting entity (if relevant): U560-26. This is a re-tender of a previous procurement.
