The Swedish Defence Radio Establishment (FRA) invites tenders for the Production of digital learning under case reference number UH-2026-41, in accordance with the instructions below and the attached documents. The FRA has a need for external capacity for the development of digital learning, even though it to some extent produces material internally. Ordering under the agreement will largely be carried out through the FRA unit for Continuing Professional Development. The type of training and area may vary, as needs may be submitted from all business units within the FRA.
