TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement with a duration of [ 24 ] months, with a maximum of 2 economic operators, where there is a sufficient number of economic operators who have met the qualification and selection requirements and have submitted admissible tenders. The technical characteristics shall remain unchanged throughout the duration of the framework agreement. Tenderers shall submit an offer for all products. The minimum and maximum quantities that could be purchased during the term of the framework agreement are set out in the Specifications and in the contract clause templates in the “Forms” section. Estimated total value of the Framework Agreement: 843,877.06 lei excluding VAT. Subsequent contracts shall be awarded, depending on the needs of the contracting authority. Subsequent contracts are awarded with the following frequency: semi-annually. Estimated value of the largest subsequent contract that is anticipated to be awarded during the term of the framework agreement: 211,022.46 lei excluding VAT.
