TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement with a duration of [ 24 ] months, with a maximum of 2 economic operators, provided that there is a sufficient number of economic operators who have met the qualification and selection requirements and have submitted admissible offers. The technical characteristics remain unchanged throughout the duration of the framework agreement. Bidders will submit an offer for all products. The minimum and maximum quantities that may be purchased during the framework agreement are provided in the Specifications and the model contractual clauses in the "Forms" section. Subsequent contracts will be awarded according to the needs of the contracting authority. Subsequent contracts will be awarded with the following frequency: semi-annually.
