TENDER DESCRIPTION

Procurement of products intended for the asphalt plant for the manufacture of asphalt mixtures and related products - Framework Agreement for 4 years - DRDP-Constanta. The products that are the subject of the framework agreement are the following: Vegetable-based fluxing additive for producing a storable mixture; Polyethylene bags for packaging a storable mixture; Vegetable-based anti-adhesion cleaning solution for bituminous mixes; Pre-dosed polymers for manufacturing asphalt mixtures MASF; Maximum value of framework agreement – 7.795.900,00 lei without VAT, Minimum value of framework agreement – 779.590,00 lei without VAT, Value of the largest subsequent contract: 1.948.975,00 lei without VAT. Value of the smallest subsequent contract: 194.897,50 lei without VAT. Frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded: at least 1 subsequent contract in each year of the framework agreement. The minimum and maximum quantities relating to the framework agreement, as well as the minimum and maximum estimated quantities relating to a subsequent contract, are included as Annexes to the award documentation/specifications.
