TENDER DESCRIPTION

Procurement of products intended for the asphalt plant for the manufacture of asphalt mixtures and related products - Framework Agreement for 4 years - DRDP-Constanta. The products covered by the framework agreement are as follows: Vegetable fluxing additive for the manufacture of stockpiled mix; Polyethylene bags for packaging stockpiled mix; Vegetable-based anti-adhesion cleaning solution for bituminous mixes; Pre-dosed polymers for the manufacture of asphalt mixtures MASF; Maximum value of the framework agreement – 7,795,900.00 lei excluding VAT, Minimum value of the framework agreement – 779,590.00 lei excluding VAT, Value of the largest subsequent contract: 1,948,975.00 lei excluding VAT. Value of the smallest subsequent contract: 194,897.50 lei excluding VAT. Frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded: at least 1 subsequent contract in each year of the framework agreement. The minimum and maximum quantities related to the framework agreement, as well as the minimum and maximum estimated quantities related to a subsequent contract, are included as Annexes to the award documentation/specifications.
