TENDER DESCRIPTION

Signing a sectoral framework supply agreement for a period of 12 months for the purchase of: "Unleaded gasoline petroleum products, diesel, and secondary payment of road tax based on cards" for the vehicle fleet of DEER SA, with fueling based on fuel cards – in accordance with the specifications in the tender specifications. For carrying out the specific activities of electricity distribution, DEER owns a fleet of road vehicles, for the use of which the necessary fuel must be ensured. Consequently, the Contracting Entity intends to purchase unleaded gasoline and diesel, based on cards issued by the Contractor, in compliance with the current legislation regarding the market introduction of gasoline and diesel. The types of fuel to be purchased are: unleaded gasoline CO 95-100 and diesel CC 51-55. These will be delivered according to the beneficiary's requests, from the Contractor’s fuel distribution stations, in the localities requested by the Contracting Entity in Annex 1 to the tender specifications.
