Services are paid by lump sums. This consultation concerns the artistic programming of the "IN" festival, the ticketing management and the executive production of the 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030 editions. From the 2027 edition onwards, the festival includes five evenings: four evenings at the Jardin des Plantes and one additional event evening at the Stade de Sapiac, bringing together an internationally renowned artist Services are paid by lump sums.
