TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is to appoint a specialist in cultural and architectural programming in order to support the operational translation of the Salvatore Adamo House project into a museum and cultural venue with a strong focus on tourism. This will involve defining the guidelines, uses and functions making it possible to combine, within the building and its surroundings, a twofold ambition: the enhancement of heritage value and the implementation of a living museum, the momentum of which is based on artistic programming and the hosting of creators. The expected services will also include expertise in consultation and collaborative governance, with a view to ensuring the project’s rootedness in the local area and the enhancement of local music creation. The team must include at least: > an ARCHITECT or CIVIL ENGINEER, ARCHITECT > an EXPERT IN CULTURAL ENGINEERING > an EXPERT IN COLLECTIVE INTELLIGENCE This contract is divided into 5 “lots”, and it is a contract with firm and conditional phases.
