TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract aims to appoint a specialist in cultural and architectural programming, in order to support the operational translation of the Salvatore Adamo House project into a museum and cultural venue with a strong focus on tourism. The purpose will be to define the directions, uses and functions making it possible to articulate, within the building and its surroundings, a dual ambition: the enhancement of heritage and the implementation of a living museum, the momentum of which is based on artistic programming and the hosting of creators. The expected services will also include expertise in consultation and collaborative governance, with a view to ensuring the project’s territorial anchoring and the enhancement of local musical creation. The team must comprise at least: >an ARCHITECT or CIVIL ENGINEER - ARCHITECT >an EXPERT IN CULTURAL ENGINEERING >an EXPERT IN COLLECTIVE INTELLIGENCE This contract is divided into 5 “lots” and is a contract with firm and conditional tranches.
