TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is to appoint a specialist in cultural and architectural programming, in order to support the operational translation of the Salvatore Adamo House project into a museum and cultural venue with a strong focus on tourism. The task will involve defining the guidelines, uses and functionalities making it possible to combine, within the building and its surroundings, a dual ambition: the enhancement of heritage value and the implementation of a living museum, the momentum of which is based on artistic programming and the hosting of creators. The expected services will also include expertise in consultation and collaborative governance, with a view to ensuring the project’s territorial anchoring and the enhancement of local musical creation. The team must include at least: > an ARCHITECT or a CIVIL ENGINEER ARCHITECT > an EXPERT IN CULTURAL ENGINEERING > an EXPERT IN COLLECTIVE INTELLIGENCE This contract is divided into 5 “lots” and it consists of firm and conditional lots.
