TENDER DESCRIPTION
5. Supporting structure To integrate the wind generation system into the existing wind-wave channel, a customer-specific supporting structure must be provided. The structure must: 1. ensure the secure mounting of all components of the wind generation system; 2. position the fan array at the required height relative to the channel; 3. be designed for continuous operation in the laboratory; 4. include all required mounting and fastening elements. 6. Flow conditioning system A removable section for flow conditioning must be provided. The flow conditioning system must include: 1. flow straighteners in a honeycomb structure (Honeycomb); 2. multiple screen or mesh layers; 3. simple assembly and disassembly; 4. reduction of large-scale flow inhomogeneities and turbulence, if required. The system must be suitable for experiments that require high flow uniformity and low turbulence intensity. 7. Deflection channel for the air flow A deflection channel must be provided to guide the air flow onto the water surface. The deflection channel must: 1. ensure uniform deflection of the air flow; 2. include guide vanes or equivalent flow guiding elements; 3. minimize flow losses; 4. maintain the…
