The contract timeline is as follows:

The framework agreement begins on January 1, 2027, and is set to conclude on December 31, 2030. This represents an initial duration of four years. The client has the option to extend the contract twice, each time for an additional year, provided the extension is exercised at least three months before the current contract term ends. If both options are utilized, the maximum contract end date would be December 31, 2032, resulting in a total possible duration of six years.

Key milestones and phases include:

• An onboarding/training phase (Einarbeitung) is scheduled to commence on November 30, 2026.
• The contractor is required to train a new service provider or the client's personnel two months prior to the end of the framework agreement, with the training volume capped at 40 person-days.
