TENDER DESCRIPTION

The general objective is the elaboration of the technical project, execution details and specifications, technical documentation for the authorization of demolition works (D.T.A.D), technical documentation for the authorization of construction works (D.T.A.C), technical documentation for the authorization of works organization (D.T.O.E), technical documentation necessary for obtaining approvals/agreements/authorizations, the fire safety scenario, the Occupational Health and Safety Plan, the Physical Security Risk Analysis, the Energy Performance Certificate, providing technical assistance from the designer, and performing the construction and installation works related to the investment objective.
