The University of Medicine, Pharmacy, Sciences and Technology “George Emil Palade” from Târgu Mureș (UMFST G.E. Palade Târgu Mureș) launches the procedure for awarding a public works procurement contract, having as its object Design, technical assistance and execution of works related to the investment objective: Modernisation, energy rehabilitation of the education center, research and medical-pharmaceutical services “UNIVERSITY TOWER”, consisting of the following: Design services Risk analysis for physical security, the Design of the intruder alarm system in order to obtain the IPJ Clearance, detailed technical design for execution, execution details, specifications, value estimates, schedules of quantities of works, including for site organisation, the general schedule for completing the investment, the As Built design, the final fire safety scenario in order to obtain the Fire Safety Authorisation, the general estimate updated upon completion of the works showing the final value of the executed works, the documentation regarding operation, repair, maintenance, monitoring behaviour over time and post-use of the structure.
