TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this procurement includes Design and technical assistance, procurement of equipment and execution of works for the investment objective: ”CONVERSION OF CET II HOLBOCA FROM COAL TO NATURAL GAS BY INSTALLING NEW H2 READY COGENERATION (CHP) UNITS” A. Design and technical assistance a) preparation of the technical documentation for obtaining all approvals, agreements and permits required for carrying out and operating the investment objective, as mentioned in the Urbanism Certificate, in accordance with the legislation in force in Romania; b) preparation of the technical project (including the documentation for obtaining the building permit) and the execution details; c) technical assistance ensured by specialized designers in the fields involved in carrying out the investment, during the execution of the works and the reception phases; d) submission of documentation compliant with the execution and the Construction Technical Book.
