TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this procurement involves design, technical assistance, procurement of the equipment and execution of works for the investment objective: “Installation of new equipment for producing useful thermal energy in cogeneration (CHP) at CET I Iași”, as detailed in the sections with the general and specific technical specifications in the specification documents (terms of reference). The procurement consists of: A. Design and technical assistance a) preparation of the technical documentation for obtaining all approvals, agreements and authorizations necessary for carrying out and operating the investment objective, as mentioned in the Urbanism Certificate, in accordance with the legislation in force in Romania; b) preparation of the technical project (including the documentation for obtaining the building permit) and the execution details; c) technical assistance ensured by specialized designers in the fields involved in carrying out the investment, during the execution of the works and the acceptance stages; d) submission of the documentation compliant with the execution and the Technical Book of the construction.
