TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this procurement includes Design, technical assistance, purchase of the equipment and execution of the works for the investment objective: “Installation of new equipment for producing useful thermal energy in cogeneration (CHP) at CET I Iași”, detailed in the sections with the general and specific technical specifications in the specifications/terms of reference. The procurement consists of: A. Design and technical assistance a) preparation of the technical documentation for obtaining all approvals, agreements and authorizations necessary for carrying out and operating the investment objective, as mentioned in the Urban Planning Certificate, in accordance with the legislation in force in Romania; b) preparation of the technical design (including the documentation for obtaining the construction permit) and the execution details; c) technical assistance provided by specialized designers in the fields involved in carrying out the investment, during the execution of the works and the reception phases; d) handing over documentation compliant with the execution and the Technical Book of the construction.
