Awarding the works contract consisting of design services - technical project and execution details, execution of works and technical assistance from the designer during the execution period, phases:  Technical documentation for the authorization of construction works execution – D.T.A.C. including specialty projects and preparation of documentation for obtaining the necessary approvals for issuing the Building Permit;  Execution technical project – P.T.+C.S.+D.E.;  Technical documentation for authorizing the organization of works – D.T.O.E.;  Technological projects and detailed geotechnical study;  Technical assistance during the execution period of the works (including critical phases and possible project modifications);  Preparation of energy certificate annexed to the handover protocol at the completion of works;  Preparation of report at the completion of permanent works execution;  "As-built" project for the investment objective: "Rehabilitation, modernization, extension and equipping of the Onești Municipal Sports Club - Perchiului Street no.3, Onești municipality, Bacău county"; This contract is a works contract, CPEAT variant.
